Unicorn Poop (pinwheel sugar cookies)

I made some delicious cookies and wanted to share the awesomeness! They are pinwheel cookies, but informally known as UNiCORN POOP COOKiES. They are so much fun to make and kids love them. So go buy yourself some sugar cookie mix and food coloring and make you a batch! ;)
